Customer Service Representative / Receptionist

SmartTalent has a growing, local company seeking a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist. The ideal Customer Service Representative / Receptionist would be a client-centered, detail-oriented professional with a customer service background, possess strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office proficiency and type at a speed of 42 wpm or more.

Customer Service Representative / Receptionist Description:
Provide customer service both on the phone and to those who walk into the office
Answer basic customer questions regarding products/services
Obtain client contact information
Processing and filing client documents
Assist in keeping the office stocked with necessary items
Maintain an organized office

Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work and thrive as part of a team
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
