Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to develop continuous improvement priorities.
Create programs that align with the vision of the company and cross-functionally improve efficiencies.
Program focus areas include:
Training and Engagement
Work with Director of HR to aid in Recruiting, On-boarding, Retention, New Employee Training, Employee Development, Engagement, Company Communication
Program Design and Implementation:
Work Plan Implementation, Process Redesign and Implementation, Workforce Plan and Analytics, Innovation Facilitation
Marketing
Statement of Qualifications for Cities/Counties, Business Line Research, Website Content, Social Media Footprint
Implement programs and follow through to completion and sustainability.
Administrative support to the Vice President.
Assist with overflow, special projects and day-to-day tasks as needed or assigned.
May also train and supervise administrative staff.

Effective training abilities.
High-level proficiency in computer software program related activities such as MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly acquire learning of other applications and software.

Ability to gain excellent rapport internally and externally with management, co-workers, and external partners; positive can-do attitude, excellent customer service, and people skills.
Have the ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.

Valid Washington driver s license.

Education, Qualifications, Experience
AA, BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as business administration, communications, management, or equivalent experience considered sufficient to address the demands of the position.
3+ years of program coordinator or administrative support in a corporate environment, or equivalent.
