SmartTalent is seeking a Quality Assurance in the Seattle area. A successful candidate will conduct activities concerned with the quality assurance of production processes, materials, and products.

Duties include:

-As a Quality Assurance you will Conducts standardized tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors such as color, weight, dimension, and texture.

-As a Quality Assurance you will document data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with HACCP standards and company policies and procedures.

-As a Quality Assurance you will review purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.

-As a Quality Assurance you will record test data such as weights, temperatures, moisture content, qualities and quantities inspected or graded.

-As a Quality Assurance you will apply proper acceptance/rejection criteria and marks items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status.

-As a Quality Assurance you will audit production facility and reviews employee behavior for proper sanitation.

-As a Quality Assurance you will prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities to production.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers

- You be able to lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This opportunity is a Temp to hire based on performance and attendance. Hourly pay rate of $15.00 DOE. Upon conversion there is a great benefit package available. During the temporary period SmartTalent offers an ACA compliant healthcare plan as well as a supplemental plan.
