SmartTalent is seeking a Customer Service Lead in Seattle. A successful candidate will Prioritize and coordinate all railcar/truck traffic, communicating daily in a professional and thorough manner with customers providing daily updates regarding inbound rail/truck status.

The position of Customer Service Lead requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and is able to dispatch and work as a team member to ensure superior service to all our customers.

Job Duties:

Prioritize and coordinate trucking activity with other customer service personnel and with warehouse operations.
Review and prepare driver settlements daily. Maintain all safety and DOT compliance documentation for Truck Owner Operators.
Communicate daily yard checks, production report, invoice submissions and rail traces.
Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
Prepare accurate invoicing for rail / truck trans loads.

This opportunity is a Temp to hire based on performance and attendance.

Hourly pay rate of $16.50-$17.50 DOE. Upon conversion, there is a great benefits package available.
