SmartTalent is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a prestige company in Kent. A successful candidate will perform the duties and responsibilities of quoting, ordering, shipping, tracking, and delivery of the customer orders as well as provide assistance for customer problems.

Duties include but not limited to:
-As a Customer Service Representative you will process, expedite and input customer orders, process required export documentation, exercising approved authority within given guidelines/policies to insure completed delivery of the order.
-As a Customer Service Representative you will provides timely response to inquiries regarding production, assembly, accounting and shipping concerns.
-As a Customer Service Representative you will reports detailed customer notes in the CRM tool.
-As a Customer Service Representative you will maintain customer records and files; handle inquires and troubleshoot customer issues.
-As a Customer Service Representative you will perform various computer file maintenance, report and document preparation and distribution.
-As a Customer Service Representative you will provide part numbers for basic consumable parts to customers who request them
-As a Customer Service Representative you will adhere to company RMA policy and documentation of customer identified system defects.

Requirements include but not limited to:
- Intermediate level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- High school graduate or equivalent training.
- Minimum of one (1) year of office experience, preferably in a customer service position.

This opportunity is a Temp to hire position. The pay rate will be $17-$19 per hour depending upon experience. During the temporary period SmartTalent offers an ACA compliant healthcare plan as well as a supplemental plan.
